Guests have access to entire house including dining, living, kitchen, bedroom & bath (main floor), 2nd & 3rd bedrooms, bath & laundry room (upstairs); additional family/entertainment room also sleeps 2 on queen sofa/sleeper, kitchenette, 4th bedroom w queen bed and 1 futon-bed, & full bath w/Jacuzzi in daylight basement; 2 irons & boards; covered deck, 2 patios, back yard, basketball court, free parking (outside). Sheets, towels, shampoo, antibacterial soap & toiletries, hair dryer provided. Host provides coffee, snacks/refreshments upon check in and guests have privacy to enjoy KABBLE (Kathy's AirBnB Luxury Estate). Host has no person-to-person interaction with guests; however host can be reached via phone, Airbnb text and email during stay if needed for anything at anytime.
