Charming OC room with own bathroom

Welcome to Orange County! I'm in a great neighborhood just 0.5mi walk from restaurants, Target and 15mi from Laguna Beach. You'd have a 10 x 12 private room with comfy full mattress + fresh sheets, 32" flat screen w cable, Wifi, closet, and own BR. Great space. Mid size room, comfy bed, large walk in closet, very clean bathroom. You'd have your own bathroom, which is adjacent to (not inside) your room. You'd have a large walk in closet. My daughter (30 yo in social work/teacher) and I (registered nurse) will be around during your own stay. Location, location, location! Really friendly neighborhood just near cul-de-sac where kids are out biking and playing and life is good. You'd be close to everything OC related. Perfect for a short term job or overflow when staying with relatives in Orange County. The "Santa Margarita Alma-Aldea" Bus Station is only 0.3 miles walk from our house and can get you to many other Orange County locations easily, including the Amtrak station. Guess have limited use of the kitchen You may use the keuric coffee maker, the microwave , the refrigerator and the barbecue grill with a burner outside.
