PalmPlayce: bold decor, huge yard, lots of parking

This brightly colored Palm Springs home features a large yard with outdoor games, driveway and tons of street parking, and close access to beach and Casinos (about 1 mile drive). This 3 bedroom house has 2 full indoor bathrooms and an outdoor shower. The Space: #PalmPlayce is a tropical oasis inspired by Palm Springs with it's bright colors and fun decor, but right here in AC! All beds are queen beds for maximum comfort. We have 2 full bathrooms and and outdoor shower in warm weather (3rd shower is a big deal when you have large groups). The backyard is one of the largest in the area and has been used for everything from a baby shower to can jam games, baby pools, slip and slides, and of course- our fire pit which amazing for summer nights! The house features 3 nice size rooms each complete with ultra comfortable (4 queen) beds and linens, mirror for getting ready, and unique design elements. The house was just renovated in 2020 so everything is new or like new. The highlight of the picture worthy house though is the backyard with Atlantic City mural! We provide all elements you will need for cooking - pots & pans, strainers, plates/cups/bowls, utensils and cooking utensils, and basic spices and oils. There is also a small grill in the backyard available for guests to use as well! Our schedule is fully up to date. If it’s available, that means it’s time to book! If it’s blocked, that means it’s booked and is NOT available. Our prices are up to date and non-negotiable. Our houses are unique and unlike anything else in AC. Respectfully, requests for negotiations will not be answered. We have several PLAYCES in AC, each a different style but all pretty cool. Guest Access: You have access to the entire house, driveway, and yard. The Neighborhood: Conveniently located less than a mile from the Tanger Outlets, Convention Center, and the beach, this is a short drive to everything AC has to offer. We love the location because the neighborhood is a bit more quiet than the main streets of AC but still a $5-6 Uber or Lyft to get just about anywhere.
