Tropical Garden Cottage

This spacious modern two bedroom, two bathroom garden cottage is a perfect base for exploring the island of St Lucia. It has a fully fitted kitchen, tasteful decor and beautiful views of the surrounding mountainside and tropical garden. Each bedroom, not only has its own shower room but also has a private balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the mountaintop breeze whilst enjoying the view of tropical plants close by and the mountain range in the distance. The open plan kitchen, living room and dining area is suitably spaced for 4 people. There is a sofa suite and a dining table large enough for six people as well as a fitted kitchen made by local craftsmen that has the essentials you need to cook your meals. You have access to the entire two bedroom cottage, with your own front door. There is also access to the garden and a patio for guests use. I respect my guests privacy and allow them to decide how much interaction they want with me. However, the cottage is located in my garden so guests are welcome to come over to the main house if they want to ask me questions or need advice about their stay. The historical area of Morne Fortune is a suburb of Castries City. The city centre is less than a 10 minute drive away. We are also in a good location for medical students on placement at Victoria Hospital. The Pink Plantation, Howelton Estate and Eudovic's Art Studio are all close by and worth a visit. Getting around in St Lucia is probably easiest if you hire a car. Our property is located near Cul de Sac which is a junction where you can access both the East Coast and West Coast Roads. However, if your budget does not stretch that far, local buses are found about a 10 minute walk from the house. Buses go to Castries City centre and from there you can catch a bus island wide.
