Our guest apartment is nestled in the wooded hills of La Habra Heights. You will feel a million miles away from everything, yet it is only a 30 minute drive to Disneyland or Downtown Los Angeles. We live on a narrow road in the hills. There are no street lights or sidewalks. Please take this into account when you decide if the space is right for you. Non-smokers only please. Host has allergies to pet dander. Please, no animals allowed on Property. There are exterior security cameras. The space is separate guest quarters attached to our house. There is a separate entrance to the space. The space has a bedroom with a queen size bed, a small living area with a queen size pull-out sofa a bathroom with a shower and a separate kitchenette. The kitchenette has a bar size fridge, a microwave and toaster oven. There is a coffee maker as well. It is not a full kitchen. The dinning table is located on the veranda. The space is located above our garage. You will climb stairs to access the space. The space itself is on one level. You may hear the garage open and close when we arrive and leave. No smoking on the premises please. Please, no animals on the premises. The host has allergies. The home has exterior security cameras the pubic areas. You will park in the driveway, to the left of the garage. The parking is outdoors and not covered. You access the space through a gate with an access code. From there you walk up the stairs to the veranda. The guest quarters is located off of the veranda. Use the door with the stained glass windows. Depending on when you book we may or may not be in the main house. We also access the house off of the veranda, so you may see us coming or going. If you want to interact with us come out and say hi when you hear us coming up. You may also knock on our kitchen door which is located off the veranda. We are located on a rural road. The road is narrow and winding, however you will be in town in less than 10 minutes. Our neighbors keep to themselves and usually older. The area is horse property, so you may hear horses and other animals. We also have coyote in the area. You will need a car, we are located on a narrow road away from town. The road winds you up into the the hills. We have two boys, ages 13 and 15. We are often coming and going, taking them to their activities. You may hear them playing in the yard, but the area near the guest quarters is not an area they play in usually. We live on a narrow road in the hills. There are no street lights. Please take this information into account when you decide if this space is right for you. We recommend to coming during the day when arriving for the first time. We have exterior security Cameras on the home in the pubic spaces. Please only registered guests in the space. Visitors are allowed with prior approval of the host.
