Grauvière Grauvière is a lovely holiday home, located in the most beautiful part of the Périgord Noir (Dordogne / Lot) and suitable for up to 8 people. Grauvière has a large (partially) enclosed garden with at the rear a very nice heated private swimming pool where you can relax. The old fortified town of Gourdon with all facilities and numerous restaurants is only a 10 minute drive from your accommodation, a bakery and a good restaurant can be found in the nearby village just a few kilometers away. Interior Grauvière has a spacious living room with open kitchen which is fully equipped. Open doors give direct access to the terrace and pool. There are 4 bedrooms on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the left and 2 bedrooms and bathroom to the right of the living room. Ideal for two families for example or a group of friends. Outside The garden of about 1500m2 (partially fenced) offers a lot of privacy and for the children there is a lawn to play / play football.
