Country living on ~ 2 acre lot in a house that is not only spacious but very much a home, with a pool (Jun-Aug), with many amenities and simply terrific for a family that enjoys indoors and outdoors. Located 16 miles from the White House, 30 minutes from Baltimore, and 25 miles to Tyson's Corner in Virginia. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, formal living room, dining room, a sun room and a spacious kitchen on the main level. Commodious finished basement could be made available at special request. Furnishings are mostly new, acquired in November 2018. Kitchen has gas range and oven which is just over a year old. Washer and dryer are new as well. Owners spend time here while shuttling between Florida and Maryland. Entire main level available for use by guests as well as deck, porch, and grounds. Basement (1,360 sq. ft.) is finished and can be made available but is not provided by default. The neighborhood is residential but in close proximity to commercial centers. Fire department is about 1.5 miles away. Entertaining is fine but no raucous parties, please. Outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day (last Monday in May) through Labor Day (first Monday in September).
