We live in a very quiet quaint neighborhood. We are minutes from Parks, Bike Trails and The Nut Tree Factory Outlets and countless restaurants. We are centrally located between San Francisco and Sacramento. Your room literally has everything you need. Robes, Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Stocked Mini Bar, Coffee, Tea, Water, Alarm Clock, TV, Fireplace and Plenty of Drawer and Closet Space. Beautiful backyard with swimming pool, outdoor movie screen, Fireplace and solar lighting . Television includes premium channels such as Showtime, Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime at no additional charge. The home is always at a comfortable temperature for either the Summer or Winter. If extra cooling or heating is necessary you have a fire place and ceiling fan in your room as well as well as a mini oscillating fan for those who can't sleep without the noise of a fan :) I also have a DO NOT DISTURB sign to hang outside your door. Please utilize this when you are NOT occupying the room if you do not want me to enter to refresh your complimnetary items provided to you and or clean your room. Guests are welcome to the Kitchen, Backyard and Swimming Pool and Awesome Patio in Front with Fire Pit. There is also a loft upstairs with a Sectional Couch, Bar (You Supply your Own Alcohol), Popcorn Machine, Mini Fridge, 2 TV's, Play Station and Home Theater with Surround sound! There is a gym nicely equipped with Treadmill, free weights, Weight Bench, TV, Blue Ray for Yoga and work out videos and much more. I can be interactive with you or completely shut my "Pie Hole" you decide! :) The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Parks and Trails within walking distance! Enjoy our Downtown! Summer Concerts every Friday Starting in June! Bring your bikes! We have a ton of bike trails throughout the city! Bring your appetite! We have a ton of really great restaurants! Ice Skating, Laser Tag,Bowling, and Large Movie Theater! Our Movie Theater is now equipped with awesome leather recliners! Taxi's, Uber, Lyft are options for getting around and so is the city bus! Enterprise Rent a Car is right here in town for your convenience. I am also available as your host to take you around town when I am available! I will try and accommodate you as much as I can.
