The apartment of approx. 75 is in a beautiful and quiet area of Trieste a little outside the city center but very well connected by public transport to a few hundred meters that lead to the city center, the station and all the attractions that the city of Trieste offers. It is located on the 4th floor with lift and enjoys a wide open view and also a little bit of the sea. It has parking spaces available in rotation with the other condominiums and has a communal garden. Fulvio's house consists of a kitchen with balcony, gas burners, oven, large fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The living room has a sofa bed, round table with chairs, 32 inch TV, stereo system with CD and DVD of all musical genres and a large balcony. The corridor has a beautiful library well stocked with classic novels, adventure novels, art and painting books and various tourist guides. The bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and a corner desk and the master bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, a flap door and a mirror in style. The bathroom with window has a shower, toilet, bidet, sink and mirror. It is heated by an excellent centralized system. We are always available on the phone and for any problems we live a few minutes from the apartment. If you arrive by train, and if it is possible for us, we will come to pick you up at the central station, if you wish. However always to be agreed in advance. If instead you arrive by plane there is a railway connection with the city of Trieste. Fulvio's house is very close to the Burlo Garofolo children's hospital, the Nereo Rocco stadium and the Palazzetto dello Sport (PalaTrieste / Allianz Dome). Not far from Fulvio's house passes the cycle path that leads from the city to Val Rosandra and neighboring Slovenia covering a route of more than km. 12. The cycle path can also be traveled on foot in the middle of nature and is very relaxing. The colors of the Trieste Karst in autumn are spectacular ...... try it to believe it !!!!
