Vacation home. Relaxing place on a hill upon Ludbreg, small touristic city nearby Varaždin, Koprivnica, Čakovec, Varaždinske Toplice, Zagreb... It´s a land of 1,1 ha with beautifull nature and view over city. Hope you gonna like it and choose it for your next vacation :) IMPORTANT: There is up an down part of house. Up one is able to heat and we can rent it for 4 people (1 king size bed and 1 couch) - 100 €. Down part are not available for cold sesson, sorry. Miss Emilija spend her peacefull life in this hedonistic environment surrounded by private forest and hill of 1,1 ha. Her lifestyle inspired us to renovate house by ourselves and make it cozy and available to others. The first floor is ready for you, and the ground floor unfortunately not yet. :)) We are gonna meet at check in, further dependes on agreement and needs. Quiet neighborhood. Property is close to city centar. No needs for car driving. There is one king size bed and two couches.
