Weekend House Laimes Stari/ Black House

Laimes Stari is detached cottage available for for max 4 guests (incl. infant). We call it Black House. It has 1 remoted bedroom, 1 open bedroom, small kitchen area, WC & Shower, terrace, a built-in sauna area. As additional service we offer – boat and paddle board rent, and you can also apply for individual tour guide. Outside area has fireplace and space for tents in case you would like to spend some night in one-million star hotel. Walk to the beach ~2km long through forest road. Additional charge will be applied: - sauna use 30 eur/per usage (in high season/xmas/new year price can change) - pet fee 2 eur/night - coal 5 eur/pcs - laundromat service 4eur/ per usage. Please take care yourself of: - tap water - slippers or warmer socks (1st floor has tail floor) - coal for grill *Pets are NOT ALLOWED to sleep in beds. *Its FORBIDDEN to leave pets alone at the cottage. It can be subject for penalty charge. *NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS are allowed without notice to hosts. *NO SMOKING inside is allowed. *NO LOUD parties allowed. Cottage surrounded by forest. 20 min drive from Liepāja, 5 min drive from Bernāti. Distance to the seaside 1,9km (20 min walk). House can accommodate up to 4 guests (incl. infant). If there is a need to stay for extra guest it should be agreed separately. Space is heated by electric heater as also there is a wood stove can be used to bring additional warmth. You will be instructed upon your arrival on it's usage. If you don't find Wi-Fi router, please request it from hosts. Weekend house and its surrounding will be fully at your convenience. Outside area has fireplace and space for tents in case you would like to spend some night in one-million star hotel. 24/7 Our neighbors are discreet but it might happen that due the summer field work season you maybe waken up by agriculture machinery sounds. Property is located near the Baltic Sea coast away from big cities and rush, located in village called Klampju Ciems, near road A11. Closest city is Liepaja (18km). We are surrounded by natural meadows, green woods and just perfect Baltic Sea beach. Its 1,9 km to reach the beach walking through green woods being part of Bernati Nature Park. There are lot of walking, cycling routes, boat routes you can enjoy during your stay. Closest interesting places: one of the highest dunes in Latvia – Pūsēna Dune, fisherman's village Jūrmalciems, small and very romantic villages Bernāti and Pape, big city Liepāja with Bird Watching tower and walking trails, world famous Karosta jail museum, wild coastline and romantic small streets of old Liepaja and majestic churches. Laimes Stari offers you calm and relaxing holidays, blending with nature and live happily. NO loud parties allowed in the area. Its NOT ALLOWED to leave a dog at cottage alone! NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS are allowed without notice to hosts. It can be subject of penalty charge. NO SMOKING inside is allowed. Property is pet friendly and we do have our own 3 dogs. Well trained, behaving friendly. During your stay we might walk around the property in order to handle some daily routine tasks.
