You'll enjoy a beautifully landscaped yard, a private pergola with barbecue, seasonal creek, and neighboring vineyards all on a serene wooded street. Lovely home in the heart of Napa Valley's world famous wine region Saint Helena. Natural light-filled, comfortable hide-away in a private neighborhood just minutes from winery's, vineyards, and downtown main street. The home is spotless and stylish with recent updates, including a fully equipped custom open kitchen with new appliances and cabinets. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and the bathroom is well stocked with plush towels and bathroom amenities. The home is in a quiet and secluded wooded neighborhood where residents wake and sleep with the sun. You'll also be sharing a wall with a laid-back older couple who are retired from the wine industry. As such, we can't accommodate any type of festivities in this home no matter how small or intimate. We also can't have smoking anywhere on the property. If you're looking for some place to let off steam and get rowdy you might be better off some place else. If you want to find peace and relaxation, this is your spot. Guests are welcome to the entire front garden and pergola, patio, and barbecue area. (Strict policy - no gathering or music outside after 9 p.m.) There is also a dedicated patio with Adirondack chairs that will be perfect for sipping wine as the sun goes down or curling up in the morning with your book and coffee. I won't be available but the owners are very accessible and will be available should you need them. Deer Park is a picturesque, scenic neighborhood that is only seconds from the Silverado wine trail. We are surrounded by vineyards in a gorgeous rural setting. Car is needed and Uber and Lyft are a great option too.
