Cozy bright room with 1 twin bed and pull out trundle bed, full bathroom. Safe home with private driveway. Relaxed and laid back atmosphere; good for people that enjoy doing their own thing. Not suitable for guests with high expectations of service. Perfect place to crash and shower. Easy gateway to Napa & San Francisco. Bart (metro) about 10 min drive. Bus takes very long, bus stop 2 minutes walking distance. Uber ride from El Cerrito del Norte Bart station runs about $9 and from Orinda $13 Suitable for commuters, solo travelers, and long terms stays. Free WIFI. Safe and welcoming home. Private parking for 1 car. Full access to the backyard. You're welcome to leave your dog in the backyard for no more than 3 hours. Please ask if you’re planning on leaving your dog unattended for a longer time as there is a fee: $20 for 3-5 hours. $40 for 5-8 hours. $50 for 8 to 12 hours. These fees are waived for guests staying minimum 30 consecutive nights. Dogs cannot be left alone locked up in the room. We have two small friendly and playful dogs that will be in the backyard sometimes. We are always available either in person, phone or through the App. Please don't hesitate to ask for our help. Semi rural neighborhood with 1970's feel. On the main road, San Pablo Dam, many local restaurants and eaters can be easily accessed. Dog park Point Isabel, rated one of the best in the US, is approx 20 minutes away (8 miles - 13 km) on the way to SF. Our place is 5 minutes away from Hwy 1-80, parks, walking trails, restaurants, shopping center, Napa and San Francisco in the semi rural El Sobrante. San Francisco is about 30 minute drive outside rush hour. If you prefer to use public transportation, the closest Bart (metro) station El Cerrito del Norte is 10 minutes away. Bart ticket to downtown San Francisco is about $5 each way, and to/from San Francisco International Airport SFO $10. Parking at Bart (metro) station is available, however we suggest to check online for more information. We are open for improvement and feedback is appreciated.
