Sauna boat (summertime) by the pier, in winter to be used from land. Kayaks available to borrow. The house has a wood burning stove and a wood burning hot tub and sauna. Final cleaning, sheets, towels. No parties! Max 20 pers, children included. No pets. The house is located about 100 meters from the ocean with access to beach and the bridge with diving tower. The house has its own garden with lawn and balconies. Our sauna boat is located at the pier about 1 April-30 Sept and may be used by our guests in agreement with the host. At other times of the year it can be used from land. Kayaks,paddleboards and optimist dinghies are available to borrow. Large play areas and trampoline are shared with the other 2 houses in the area. Nice walking areas in the forest and mountains. Perfect for you who want to spend time with family and friends in a peaceful beautiful nature. Or who wants a conference with the job. We live close by and help you if you have any questions. If something is missing in the house, just let us know and we will be happy to help you. Instructions for WiFi are in the house. As a guest with us you have access to the whole house and with garden and lawn. You are warmly welcome to use the area's other areas such as playground and lawns, beach, kayaks and soups, jetty and sauna boat which are shared with tenants in the other houses We are available to answer questions or help if needed. If you want to buy extra cleaning during your stay, it is possible. The house is equipped with cleaning materials during your stay such as vacuum cleaner, garbage brushes, floor cleaning, detergent, toilet cleaning etc. Nature is varied with coast, mountains and forests. There are several walking paths and paths to walk on both for those who want demanding hiking and those who just want to walk calmly. There is parking in front of the house, suitable for 5-6 cars so feel free to ride together. The house is in a rural location and not so good bus connection (about 800 m) There are other houses nearby whose guests have access to the beach, jetty, canoes, kayaks and sauna boat. The tenant sorts garbage and throws it in the designated place, starts the dishwasher, removes bedding and puts the laundry in the laundry room and cleans the grill outdoors. Guests clean the hot tub if used. There is a certain basic range in the house, such as spices, coffee filters, soap, cleaning materials and the like.
