We have instructions for everything in a booklet, along with local information. The flat has gas central heating, and a combi boiler, so warmth and hot water is controllable at the flick of a switch. There is a large sitting area with leather couch, and a smart TV with Netflix. A table and four chairs for eating meals. The main bedroom has a king size bed, and comfy mattress to ensure the best sleep. The bathroom is bigger than normal with a bath to relax and over the bath shower. Upstairs has lots of floor space for children to play, iron and ironing board, small reading area, and a double bed. Upstairs has comb ceilings. Carpeting on the stairs, and main bedroom, the rest of the floors is hard wood flooring. The flat is well equipped, and your stay includes towels, bedding and dishtowels. There is tea, coffee and sugar available and a Gusto coffee machine. Salt, pepper, and cooking oils. Basic cooking and cleaning items, including washing powder, washing up liquid, brillo and sprays. Central flat in quiet location. Quaint, warm and cosy. Two bedroom flat less than 3 minutes from the town centre, and a minute from the harbour. On a quiet street, with on street parking. Walking distance to local pubs and eating places. However it is well equipped with smart tv, and washing facilities with fast internet and gas central heating so also ideal for those looking for a homely base to recharge their batteries. Within Wick. The Heritage Centre is less than a minutes walk down the street, from here you can see the harbour. Pulteney Distillery is a 5 min walk, and for those looking for a summer wander, a 20 min walk will take you out the Castle of Old Wick, passed the rugged cliffs and our seacoast nature. In May and June it is not unusual to see pods of Orca’s, seals, dolphins, puffins and an array of other wild life is normal. A two-minute walk in the other direction, takes you past Ebenezer Place, the shortest street in the World, and across the road, there is a lovely walk up the riverside. Weatherspoon’s, De Vita’s, Norseman, and Bord de Leau are all less than a 5 minute stroll away. Prior to check in, we will send you local information to help you plan your stay. Self service, so you are able to come when suits. There is some outside steps. Hosts live nearby and can assist as required. I live nearby, and able to assist if required, but flat will be prepared, and ready for you, with easy self service check in instructions for those that are not bothered for interaction. If preferred once settled in, we will come and show you how to work things, and give you directions to where you want to go. quiet location that is only a minute from the harbour and few minutes walk to town centre, bars and eating places. Heritage Centre a few meters away, as is MacKays Hotel and Ebeneezer Street, which is in the Guiness Book of Records as the smallest street in the world. 5 minutes from bus stop and train station.
