Detached house in Ballabio (2 Km), about 10 km from Lake Como and 7 Km from Lecco. It is situated in Sassina valley, which is famous for its mountains, which belong to the Lombard Dolomites. The surrounding land is equipped and ideal for outdoor dining. The balcony of your holiday overlooks the valley, the mountains and the surrounding forests. At Lake Como you can practice water sports such as sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing and canoeing. In Balabbio there are climbing rock walls (Falesia le Torrette and Falesia la Vaccarese), and from there the neighboring towns of Pian delle Betulle and Pian dei Resinelli (Mineral Park; climbing rock walls) are within easy reach. About 2 km from the house is the centre of Balabbio with supermarket, various shops, restaurants and cafes. Approximately 7 km away is Lecco, from where you can reach by ferry the beautiful places Bellagio, Cernobbio, Como and Varenna. The parking (garage box) is located about 400 metres from the house. This 400m long road between the garage and the house is uneven and steep and accessible by a SUV (four-wheel drive) only. The owner provides a shuttle service with a four-wheel drive car to transport your luggage from the garage to the house (and vice versa) on arrival and departure day Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate.
