Your home in Sigulda (up to 5 persons)

Welcome to your home in Sigulda - a cozy apartment consisting of 2 separate rooms - a living room with a sofa-bed for 2 and a sleeping room with a double bed. We also offer you an extra bed for 1 and a crib. The kitchen and the bathroom have everything you might need. There is a garden with a table for breakfasts in green, when it's warm. It is very easy to reach my place from the train/bus station (max.10 min walk) and also from the highway, where the most buses from Riga and other cities stop. You can use all the apartment and also a dining place in the garden (there is a dining table and benches). You can also park your car in the parking space in the yard. My parents will only be greeting the guests by the check-in, if there is a necessity, usually we offer a comfortable self check-in, but the assistance will be available during the whole stay, if anything is needed. Our place is less than 10 min walk away from the train/bus station and 5 min away from the highway, where the most buses from Riga and other cities stop. It is 12 min away from the centre of the town with all its shops & cafes and 5 min away from a shopping mall. Our apartment is in a walking distance from the town centre, shopping centres „Raibais suns“ and „Šokolāde“, bus stops from and to Riga and other cities, the train and bus station. To make sure you can enjoy your stay with peace of mind, we are taking a combination of measures, as listed below: We follow all safety protocols as directed by local authorities We use cleaning chemicals that are effective against Coronavirus We disinfect the apartment between stays We offer a contactless check-in/check-out Quiet hours: 22:00-08:00. No shoes in the house. The fireplace is not allowed to be used (it will be used only by personnel). All the windows have to be closed and the heating turned off, when you leave the house. No smoking in the apartment and in the building, you can smoke outside the house by the entrance. For two guests we usually prepare the bed, if it is not agreed otherwise, please, do not take the spare bedlinen without asking us.
