Homeowner is an accomplished artist. His studio is upstairs. He is NEVER in your private space. L (Website hidden by Airbnb) The entry is a large mudroom. Safe place to keep bicycle etc. you must climb 13 stairs to the upstairs to the rented space. Rental DOES NOT include entire home. Desk etc in space for working. An art studio is located up the stairs to the far left. This space is not open to guests. The owner occasionally will take the stairs to get to this space, passing by the living area (which has a room divider in front) The upstairs Lewis is a full time artist - he offers lessons $45 per hour from home. We offer dinner a few times during longer stays. We love providing info about the area. Walking distance to trails, river, amphitheater, breweries etc. 1.15 hours to telluride, 12 miles to black canyon of the gunnison etc Best way to get around- car/walk/bike or telluride express or, if we are available- happy to show you around We are available 24/7 via text or phone upon stay.
