Spectacular architecturally designed-home nestled in foothills above San Francisco Bay next to Berkeley. Photos of two rooms are shown and guests may be placed in either depending on availability. One room has a queen-size bed, end table, lamp, large 8 foot closet and and dressers, and a gorgeous canyon view out a large picture window. The other room has a single bed, two large windows with garden and canyon views, large 6 foot closet, bookshelf, dresser, desk and office chair. This very large home has separate wings, large gourmet kitchen, decks and fireplaces. The home is very quiet, surrounded by nature and a trail head, and is a 17 minute bus ride to Berkeley or BART (which is then another 20 minutes to downtown SF). This home is extremely clean and quiet, and very professional. Rental is appropriate for career focused person or traveler or work from home. not appropriate for staycations, honeymooners or romantic encounters or persons with irregular schedules.
