Centrally located on the village common in Union (a small quiet & quaint rural village), with a Wine shop, Pizza shop, local grocery store, Post office, and Craft brew pub with beer garden just steps away. Enjoy the convenience of in-town living. Beautiful Seven Tree Pond is just a ten minute walk away. Use this as your launching pad to explore amazing midcoast Maine. We are conveniently located in a quiet country setting near countless lakes and ponds for your enjoyment. We have several vineyards and outdoors hiking and sailing adventures that are nearby. Complete access to the entire apartment. The first floor space is entirely separate and not lived in during your stay, but it is accessed by the owner during the day. Available for weekly rental May-October. Hosts are available by text or call and come help when needed. We are in a RURAL (Website hidden by Airbnb) a country setting. We have a lovely pub, Sterlingtown Pub right next door, a wine shop, the local park just across the street, library and local grocery store which make for a quaint village setting. Renowned Beth's Farm market with locally grown produce is five minutes away. There are several wineries. You can walk to everything you need during your stay ...but for adventures in the Mid-Coast you will want a car to visit local lighthouses, parks, hiking, boating, swimming and shopping. SECOND FLOOR. Ability to do stairs a must. There is plenty of privacy in the home. The hosts live offsite nearby and do occasionally access the downstairs apartment during the day. The Studio is twenty minutes from Penobscot Bay where you can plan all your sailing and kayaking adventures. We also have Camden Hills State Park for hiking day trips, and lighthouses along the coast for you to explore. Your Hosts are chefs and former innkeepers who delight in helping you have an extraordinary experience. We are conveniently located between half way up the coast between Portland and Acadia National Park.
