Ballen Bed a charming B&B close to Ballen harbour.

This B&B is 500 meters from Ballen Harbour- the most visited town of Samsoe. Here you will find the islands best restaurants, shops, cafés, a lively discotheque, and the excitement of being in one of Denmarks authentic and scenic harbours. Ballen Bed is a 5 minute walk from Ballen Harbour. It is a newly re-furbished guesthouse on a seclusive property surrounded by trees and open fields. There are 4 rooms with dobbeltbeds that share 2 bathrooms and 1 room with privat bath. Our rooms are rented out separately. Breakfast is a brunch platter and is served between 8-9.30 am. Coffee and tea are available all day as an accommodation for our guests. The minibar supplies cold drinks that can be enjoyed on the 2 terraces where there are tables and chairs for sunbathing, relaxing or just enjoying the view. It is not possible to cook meals, but who would want to when there are so many great places to eat in Ballen. In the morning I am at the house. The Energi Academy situated in Ballen, is visited by visitors from all over the world. It is open twice a week during the summer. Definitely worth a visit. If arriving from Sjaeland our guesthouse can be reached by foot from the ferry harbour. If arriving by car, parking is available at the house. If arriving from Jutland there is a bus connection from the harbour to Ballen. The bus stops at Ballen Bed if you ask the driver to let you off.
