Breathtaking spectacular home located perfectly for getting anywhere,walking distance to Schumburg CC ,easy to get public transportation to Chicago ,Wrigley field. Woodfield mall restaurants and walking paths are all in your backyard. The home is also very private one acres allows for someone to just escape. I’m a fantastic host and can look after your needs regardless of what that may be. I encourage my guest to go off the beaten path and see Chicago as a visitor not as a tourist. Imagine ! This beautiful spacious and comfortable home with all pro amenities is a spectacular find for your family. Party and event’s now are not allowed just larger families if over eight people. It’s a classy looking with a touch of Franklin Lloyd Write. This specious property and home is laid out for gatherings for sure. The surrounding yard provides open yard but private from neighbor beautiful for family’s. The house has huge bedrooms for plenty of room to spread out. There is amble parking but overnights on the street is legal no garage however where Classic cars are stored and two Golden’s nest but that are never allowed in house. The house is unoccupied with a complete separation of a private complete decked out apartment with fireplace kitchen bathroom and home theater under the garage. The house is all yours with neither party having access to private entrance to basement full apartment You have no access private entrance is used only by myself when in town and entrance located in the back. The patios with two fire pits in the backyard makes your summer or winter venues that much more enjoyable. There are two grills one charcoal one propane. Please let us know if you’re bringing any animals. I’m usually available but stay out of people ways perhaps ask on occasion if I can help in anyway. I offer up suggestions when asked but encourage people to get off the beaten path. I’m a Peaceful traveling earth-loving man. Just west of Ohare right off the Kennedy or 90 West towards Rockford. The surrounding area is peaceful and more important filled with Nature. You will truly feel more like you are in Wisconsin all woods and no traffic. Public transportation but so much you can walk to, grocery store, 7-Eleven, Chicago Prime Stake House , Schumburg Conversation Center, Wendy’s, and Chicago is easy to get to also! Location is why I built this house because getting around without stress is important and all part of Chicago. You will love the location and understand how easy it is to get around. This is unincorporated Palatine so much more relaxed and fun. TopGolf bar across the street and because we are in Cook Country places stay open later. In addition you will appreciate all the privacy you want here at the home but accessibility to everything is so easy to access . Location, Location, Location you have found the perfect place!
