Sustainable vacation rental in the country

We do not use disposable plastic and strive to make travel as sustainable and ecological as possible. Go on vacation and do good, travel green! The modern equipped and cozy apartment is located in Kehlnbach, near Gladenbach, in a very quiet, rural location. Adjacent forests invite for long walks, hikes or geocaching in the green. If you want it to be very quiet and cozy, this is the place for you. The newly renovated, old half-timbered house exudes a lot of charm and cosiness. A place where you just have to feel good and can forget everything and ideal for relaxing! The living room • The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave and of course a fridge with freezer, • The double bed in the bedroom is 1.60 m wide, of course bed linen and towels are provided! • In the living room there is a TV with cable connection and a comfortable (sleeping) sofa (it has a lying area of approx. 1.40 x 1.90 m) on which you can make yourself comfortable during your favorite series. The TV also has an HDMI connection. Access for guests • The property includes a parking space on the private property. • The courtyard and the garden are shared. Smoking is allowed in the courtyard as long as the windows to the apartment are kept closed. • The washing machine is in the garage and is shared. One wash is included with € 3.50. Detergent calculated. The laundry is to be dried in the space provided for this purpose or can be dried by me in the dryer for a fee, but this is not in the garage. • Washing and drying the laundry in the living room is prohibited! • You also get unlimited access to high-speed internet. Other important information • The ceiling height is only approx. 2 m because the walls of the house are old. Some of the beams are in the ceiling at approx. 1.80 m. • To get to the bathroom, you have to walk through the bedroom.
