Two-room suite and full bath (pvt full 3rd floor)

Clean, comfortable, quiet, private non-smoking two rooms suite and a full bath for you. All necessities are in place - Fresh, clean linens, toaster, instapot, coffee/tea, wi-fi available. Use of relaxing front and back yard, washer and dryer if your stay is a week or longer. (nominal fee) Quiet couple/single professional looking for short-term or long-term stay in a safe/respectful/comfortable place. Rates are negotiable within reason. A place to call home is important and offered respectfully. There is a door with a lock at the bottom of the stairs, so you can lock your area when you leave for the day (if you wish). Toaster, electric kettle, instapot, tea and coffee maker available in your area. Along with an apartment size fridge with freezer and a window A/C in one room. Shared living space and kitchen to wash dishes and cook occasionally, large back yard, private parking space in back and a loving sweet dog and a couple of cats ( not allowed on the 3rd floor- that's your private area) As you wish, or not. We are mostly busy with work and our fur babies and available if you have any questions or need anything. Quiet, well kept, residential area with easy access to most places - Case Western University, Cleveland Clinic main Campus, Museums ... Very walkable to Shaker lakes, close to park and library/eating places. Bus services available, cycling in summer if you bring your own and of course your own vehicle/Uber/lyft as you prefer. Library one block from home, great coffee places/eating places in walking distance of home. Grocery store a few blocks away.
