The villa, equipped with various accessories, is in northern Salento, near Porto Cesareo, and it can accommodate up to 11 guests. In addition to the beautiful pool, there is a solarium area with beach beds and sofas and various outdoor equipped areas where the guests can have lunch or dinner or relax during their vacation in Apulia. The villa consists of a living room with a well-equipped kitchen, the dining room and sitting room with television. Every room is equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets. The sleeping area consists of 4 fresh and cozy bedrooms. There are 2 double bedrooms (one with ensuite bathroom), a bedroom with single bed and sofa bed, a twin bedroom with bunk beds and sofa bed for two guests, for a total of 11 bed accommodations. The house is completed by a bathroom with shower. The third bathroom is in the garden. The surroundings The holiday home with pool for rent is in Novoli and it`s ideal for a vacation in Salento in the quiet inland but a short drive away from the sea and Lecce. Novoli is a small town famous for its devotion to Sant`Antonio Abate and the "fòcara", the highest bonfire in Europe. The town has the main commercial amenities; the beaches of Porto Cesareo and Torre Lapillo are 25 kilometers away while Lecce is only 10 kilometers away. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Pool available from May to October. off season pool's opening euro 200. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 75 to pay upon arrival. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - One bathroom is external. - Only small size pets are allowed, upon previous request.
