There is usage of a private garden with pond feature. A large covered verandah with outdoor seating as well as a braai facility. I’m here if require any assistance whether it’s booking a recommended restaurant before your arrival as restaurants are booked up rather quickly, or allowing guests to use private swimming pool if a real scorcher of a day (by arrangement), any upfront groceries required can be arranged. Greyton is an extremely safe, secure and friendly neighbourhood. It’s a popular area for families especially as children can run & play freely, ride their bicycles in the roads, skateboard & basically have fun. Literally everything is within walking distance in and around Greyton. Not necessary to drive anywhere. The studio being extremely central to hiking trails, cycling routes, bike hire establishment, the hustle-bustle of the central village, riverside, restaurants, bars, picnic areas, horse riding, etc. A place not to be forgotten. Parking is never a problem in Greyton for visitors to the area. Most visitors walk everywhere as within such close proximity all of the neighbourhood. The studio is extremely safe and secure. Guests are always met by the owner or a known associate of the owner to hand over the keys and show guests to the studio and briefly explain what’s indoors that needs to be noted.
