Cozy and Peaceful Room Near Everything

This cozy bedroom is on the 2nd floor in a townhouse located in a quiet neighborhood. You have a private flat screen TV with antenna, Wi-Fi access as well. There are shopping centers around, car rental, as well as a very regular bus line (Ride On 55). Shared areas are kitchen, bathroom, dining room and other public spaces. Lots of parking outside of the compound I am available for the Guests, they can text and call me. Thanks and WELCOME HOME ! It's really peaceful. Bedroom, Kitchen, Dining room, Bathroom, parking.. I can be reached by phone or e-mail, and respond as soon as I can. I am basically physically available - Monday thru Friday after 3.30 pm, - Saturday all day and - Sunday afternoon. Nevertheless, I can arrange for someone to help when I am absent. The neighborhood is nice, normal, quiet, beautifully multicultural. Public transportation is available from early (around 4-4.30 am), to late (around 1 am). There's plenty of parking on the street (None in front of the house). From 10 pm, we are required to refrain from making a lot of noise, so people can have a restful sleep.
