The house is located on the 900 square meter residential land of the landlord, in a quiet residential area. The Werbellinsee, a beautiful swimming and fishing lake, is about 400 meters away. Shops, restaurant, bike path and beach within 500 meters.   The house is equipped with: living room (upholstered furniture with sleep function, LCD TV, radio / CD), bedroom (2 beds), kitchen (electric stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, div. Kitchen appliances), shower / WC, electric heating. At your disposal: 2 furnished outdoor sitting areas, sun loungers, barbecue, bicycle storage and parking.   The total price includes final cleaning, water, energy, bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Pet fee (if applicable) Pets: In this object the transport of pets (dog or cat) is allowed (10 EUR / night). All other animals or several animals require prior approval of the owner. All animals must be registered with the owner. If an entry note is not possible, a late registration must be made. Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
