Or simply discover some of the new federal states from the "Fuxbau" base station. Our place is on the eastern edge of the Dahlener Heide (Dahlen end moraine) in visible distance to the Elbe lowlands. From Wohlau you can reach the recommended sights of Saxony, Brandenburg and Saxony-Anhalt by car: z. B. our state capital Dresden, the trade fair and cultural city of Leipzig, the palace and park city of Potsdam, the Luther city of Wittenberg, the porcelain city of Meißen, but also nearby small towns such as Torgau, Oschatz and our municipality, the state-recognized resort town of Belgern. Unique sights of a varied natural landscape such as the Saxon Switzerland National Park, the Spreewald, the Ore Mountains and the Wörlitzer Park are easily accessible from Wohlau.
