Ekodrom Estate - Plant House

Ekodrom estate is located in central Croatia, just an hour from Plitvice lakes national park. Place is surrounded by orchards and forest with a spectacular night view of the starry sky. We are delighted to offer our guests one of the most unique accommodations in central Croatia, in the newly renovated houses with amazing views. Great place for spending holiday in a quiet nature far from noise of civilization but close to rivers Mrežnica and Korana with lots of swimming spots. SPACE House has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and a mini freezer, big table, Wifi internet, three rooms, balcony, lines and towels, bathroom with a shower and two extra toilets. There are two bedrooms, one on ground flour with double bed and the other one on the first floor with two double beds and a toilet. There is also a couch in the living room which can be set as double bed for extra two people. House is supplied with electricity and running water, fireplace, floor heating and there is also a laundry which you can use with hosts assistance. Big terrace, overlooking the orchard is turned south so there is a lot of sunny space where you can enjoy in hammocks. Parking place is just over the road. Big barbecue can be used just a couple of steps away from the terrace. Since the place is very isolated it is a very quite area, without traffic on the road because the road ends 500 meters from the house. Also you have a large area around the house with tree shade, where your children can play and you will get the necessary peace and privacy. Next to the house is a hosts house so if you need any assistance we are right there for you but also we know how to appreciate your privacy if that's what you prefer. House is located 8 km from city of Vojnić where you can find basic things like post office, ambulance, bars and markets. For more serious shoping we advice you to go to city of Karlovac which is 25 km away. THINGS TO DO Although central Croatia is less popular touristic place then Adriatic there are many places to visit and activities to do. City that “lies on the four rivers” Karlovac is half an hour away by car. Rivers Korana and Mrežnica offers many locations for swimming or rafting with professional crews. Very popular national park Plitvička Jezera is an hour away by car. Also, there are places close by where you can go horse riding or biking. At our place you can enjoy nice walks in the forest, mushroom and edible plants picking, preparing delicious food on a big barbecue or just chill if that’s your thing.
