I would like to invite you to our newly-built “Marbella” holiday houses ! The property was finished in June 2014 and offers a high standard and a great location with only 300m to the beach! It's located on the border of the calm town Dąbki/Bobolin. The property comprises of 4 detached houses, finished and furnished to a high standard with an area of 45 square meters. Each house is equipped with: - a living-room with flat-screen TV and international channels - 2 separate bedrooms (one with double bed, the other with double bed and a single bed on top – see pictures) - fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge, stove, all dishes and cutlery) - modern bathroom (with a shower) - bed linen and towels - spacious veranda with a garden table Each of the houses accomodates 5 people. If you would like to book more than one house, please do so by making two separate bookings on this website (up to 5 people each). The price we charge is per house, irrespective of the number of guests. Advantages of our houses: -Great location - 300m from the beach! - Detached, independent houses – the houses are not connected with each other through the walls, which guarantees more private and peaceful holidays without hearing the neighbours. - Big and spacious, 2-meter-long veranda – perfect for a morning breakfast before hitting the beach or a late evening meal on a warm summer night. - Gated area. - Free parking place in front of your house included in the price. - FREE use of: BBQ grill, playground for kids, beach screens/umbrellas and garden furniture. - Flat screen TVs - International (esp. German) TV channels In the neighbourhood of our houses you can find: - Sandy beach, not overly crowded – 300m accessible via a path through a small forest. One of the cleanest waters on the entire coastline! - Diner serving delicious home-made polish dishes for lunch and dinner – 40m from the houses. You’ll have the opportunity to try the tasty local dishes at a cheap price (available only in peak season from od 1.07 do 31.08) - Closest restaurant in the 150m radius - Special paths for bicycles and for joggers and long walk lovers, approx 5km long. - Swimmingpool and SPA - 300m - Lake Bukowo – 1500m - Cinema - 7km - Closest grocery store - 100m - Ice-cream, waffles and sweets – 100m And many more! Bobolin is well-known for its long pedestrian and jogging paths, windsurfing and sailing learning opportunities, fishing activities (nearly 20 different types of fish in the Bukowo Lake) as well as horse riding: -Dąbki Resort (1.3km) offers a picturesque, 5km-long path for cyclers leading through the forest to the Spit/Peninsula in Dąbkowice, which is where the Lake meets the Baltic sea. -Next to the Bukowo Lake (1.5km) one can find a small yacht harbour to take windsurfing classes, rent a boat, kayak, and do variety of water sports. The lake is also popular amongst the fishing fans with nearly 20 different types of fish! -For fishermen, we would also suggest to visit the Marina in Darłowo (7km), where one could even set off for a cruise to Bornholm, a Danish island. In Darłowo, there are many local historical monumets such as the Castle, Church of the Virgin Mary, Fisherman Statue, Stone Gate and many more medieval attractions. -Water park ”Jan” in Darłówko (10km) with sea water is a great attraction for the whole family. In Darłówko one could also visit the only pull-out bridge on the polish sea-side and a 19th century lighthouse with a panoramic view on the harbour and the sea side. -Horseriding School “Ranczo Mustafa” in Bobolin (700m) – ideal for taking horse riding classes. The adult would have the opportunity to take a romantic horse-riding session along the beach during the sunset, while kids would enjoy a ride on a pony. After a day full of activities, our guests happily come back to the peaceful town of Bobolin, where they can relax and gain strength for the next day. In the peak season (July – August) we would strongly prefer a min 7-day stay from Saturday to Saturday. If you choose to do so, we will offer you a sizeable discount! Just choose a weekly period in the calendar and you’ll see for yourself :) Shorter stay (minimum 3 nights) subject to availability. In the peak season (July and August), there are no additional charges for water, electricity or parking. In the low season, however, (May, June and September), we charge for electricity 0.30 euros/kWh payable on departure. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask!
