Apartment "Azul" in Chalupa pod Zubštejnem

Our cottage is located in the eastern part of the Vysočina Region, near the town of Bystřice nad Pernštejnem, at the foot of a hill with the ruins of Zubštejn Castle. Just in Pivonice. As our grandfather says. Pivo - nic (in english Beer - nothing). And really. In this small village you will not find either a shop or a pub. The road here ends and continues only forest paths at the foot of a hill on top of which is the ruins of Zubštejn Castle and below it village of Vír with a dam, which supplies the city Brno with drinking water. It's just here that the foxes are giving us a good night. This is why our cottage is especially suitable for lovers of peace and quiet, which is also aided by the construction of the cottage, where the main entrance and the terrace are covered by the road and provide protection against frequent north or northwest winds. Because the cottage is located at the foot of a hill with a slope to the west, you can watch the unforgettable sunsets in good weather in the evenings, and in the morning after waking you will have a beautiful view of nature and the surrounding forests. The whole cottage underwent a complete reconstruction in 2018, when a central heating with a heat pump was installed in addition to the new roof, insulated facades and new windows and doors. The new kitchen was equipped with Zepter cookware and built-in appliances in the Azul apartment. There is also a fireplace where you can make your evening relaxation pleasant with a flaming fire. If you need it, there is also a TV with internet TV and, of course, WiFi. The garden around the cottage is fenced and you do not have to worry about taking your pet pet. This is an ideal environment for him. At the moment we offer accommodation for disabled person "Azul" for up to 4 persons located on the first floor. The second apartment "Atico", which will be located in the attic and will serve to accommodate up to 8 people, we are just preparing. We expect it to be completed in the summer season 2019. Each apartment has a separate entrance. If you require complete privacy, you will also be able to rent the whole cottage, that is, the two apartments on more favorable terms. If you decide to stay with us, we will be very happy. We live in a rooftop just opposite the cottage across the street and we are at your disposal at any time. Description of the apartment "Azul" and its furnishings The main entrance is a paved terrace in the back, covered part of the cottage. There is a hall with a storage area and a dressing room equipped with a rack, shoe and ladder heating for clothes drying. If you forget the slippers, nothing happens. You have it in the cloakroom. The floor is always colder. A cellar is accessible from the hall, but you probably will not need it. But the seventh staircase for the beer there is ... There are basic cleaning products in the entry area of ​​the cellar behind the door or in the hallway (hand-held vacuum cleaner, classic vacuum cleaner, bucket with brush, bucket with mope). For longer stays you can use an iron with an ironing board. The entrance hall has a direct access to the bedroom, which is equipped with a comfortable double bed without the possibility of separating the bed. There are also 2 bedside tables with lamps, armchair and chest of drawers. Windows in the bedroom are routed to the garden and to the houses, fields and forests under the cottage. ATTENTION !!! Pillows and duvets are standard with feather padding. If you have fever allergy, let us know and we will prepare another type of blanket From the hall you will also get to the kitchen with a dining room that is loosely connected to the living room. From the dining room there is access to the bathroom with toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a kitchen unit with built-in appliances and all necessary utensils. For cooking lovers we have an induction hob with 4 hotplates, a combined oven with a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer and, of course, a dishwasher. Small appliances include a kettle, a toaster, a toaster and a coffee maker (on a capsule). The dining room is equipped with a table and chairs for 4 people. The view from the dining room is in the garden. The living room is directly connected to the kitchen and the dining room. Here you can sit on a large seat, which after easy layout can serve as another smaller double bed. The atmosphere can be made more pleasant by lighting the fire in the fireplace, but beware! There will soon be very warm. Flat-screen TVs with a wide choice of programs and WiFi are a matter of course. You can also use radio with CD and USB playback to use. The view here is to the street and to the houses, fields and forests under the cottage. A barrier-free bathroom with a toilet is accessible from the dining room. The toilet is hanging, equipped with a handle for easier movement of the mobile people. There is also a sink with a mirror, a shower, where you can go with a wheelchair and a washing machine. There is also a ladder heater for drying towels or clothes. It is possible to use electric floor heating for greater thermal comfort. The accommodation is always clean bed linen, towels, soap, cleaning and cleaning products, dishwasher tablets. For those interested, we will prepare wood for fireplace, which is free of charge for accommodation. Heating the apartment and heating 300L hot water is provided by an automatic heat pump. You can regulate the temperature within the radiator heads directly on radiators in individual rooms, except ladder heaters in the cloakroom and bathroom. A lockable workshop is available for guests, where you can park your bicycles in the summer. In winter, this area serves as a ski storage room. The apartment is non-smoking. Accommodation activities In front of the wind and views from the street there is a spacious terrace, part of which is roofed and illuminated. It offers a pleasant, peaceful seating for coffee and cigarette for smokers even in the evenings. In the summer months, a rocking chair can be used for 3 people. In the summer months it is possible to use a large and deep swimming pool where you can swim. In winter, it is possible to skate on the pond in good conditions. Especially the children are sure to get out of here. The pond is located in the garden near the house where we - the owners. But it is a house right across the street, just a few steps away. Upon agreement, a small sauna can be used as well as a pond located in the garden of the owners' house. The sauna is small, so a maximum of 2 people at a time. It is equipped with a shower (cold water only), or it is possible to jump into the pond (if it is not frozen) or into the snow after sauna. The sauna is not equipped with a rest room. For those interested in the garden of aviary owners with parrots - we have a few orange-winged Amazons and a few other small parrots.
