Lerwick home central to amenities

Room available in sound area of Lerwick in modern home. Local host used to having visitors. Central location with amenties nearby in the town. Small, cozy house, good garden space. Guest can have access to whole house, except my bedroom. I do prefer to have the lounge to myself after 8pm - thankyou. House close to sports centre, Tesco superstore, Fjara bar and bistro. Bus stops close by for town and country trips I will take a couple, but will charge extra if there are 2 people.
