In addition, Villa Terena is on its own finger which serves a small number of villas and is situated on the corner of the finger giving it a much quieter position overall. You enter the property into a porch area from which you turn into the Open Plan - Kitchen / Dining / Lounge Area (which also opens directly to the large outside wrap around deck area). This Open Plan area makes it very versatile for families to have their own space as well as collectively use the space together given flexible living and harmony whilst on vacation. Villa Terena is located on the stunning South Finger of Jolly Harbour which is a thriving, gated resort village with a wide range of facilities within the gated community situated on Antigua’s famed West Coast. Along with a variety of bars and restaurants within walking distance, you will find an international supermarket, pharmacy, ATM's, gym and sports center, an Olympic sized swimming pool, tennis, half basketball court and squash courts and the Jolly Harbour Golf Club which has an 18-hole championship course. It is also home to some of the island’s most prized beaches, truly idyllic white sand beaches lapped by the perfectly clear aquamarine Caribbean Sea where there are plenty of tranquil to white knuckle experiences awaiting you. From January 1st 2021 all accommodation rentals in Antigua will incur a 14% sales tax, ABST. The total amount will be communicated to you before you rental is booked (or should you instant book, as soon as you have done so) and should be paid before arrival or on the day of check-in as advised by the host. There will be a Tourism Levy Tax implemented shortly, at a cost of $5us/ night per person (over the age of 5). We will advise you in your inquiry once this has taken effect and it will be payable locally once checked in. All guests need a PCR test with negative result (for all persons over the age of 12), taken within 7 days of arrival into Antigua and should fill out a health declaration form online.
