Villa Kakelbont (private sauna)

Are you looking for a holiday home in a beautiful environment with more luxury and comfort and you want the convenience of a holiday park, than this is what you are looking for. Villa Kakelbont is a detached house with a large sunny backyard. Layout: * Spacious living room * Kitchen with dishwasher and combi microwave * Utility room with washing machine and dryer * 4 large bedrooms * 3 bathrooms, of which: 1 with sauna, 1 with whirlpool and shower and 1 with shower * 2 separate toilets * Underfloor heating throughout the house. Garden Outside on the terrace you will not only find a garden table with space for 10 people, but also a lounge set and a large floating parasol. The garden is completely fenced and for the little ones there is a cozy playhouse. On the park itself there are also playgrounds at various locations and there is an animation for the children. In the center building there is entertainment for the little one and an indoor playground. In one of the bedrooms there is a baby / toddler bed and a changing table. There are also 2 highchairs in the house. The house is really equipped with all comforts and conveniences and you have access to wireless internet (free). Price and important information The mandatory tourist tax has not yet been included in the price: * Children up to and including 4 years: free of charge * Children 5 to 17 years: Euro 1.10 pp / pn * Adults: Euro 2.20 pp / pn Bed linen is optional to rent: Euro 12,- pp (including made beds) You can of course bring your own bed linen. In case of calamities, we ask you to contact us directly. In the house you will find a folder with all necessary telephone numbers. and manuals. The center of Bad Bentheim is about a 15-minute walk from the Ferienresort. Here you will find the various restaurants and terraces. A visit to the Castle is definitely recommended. For your daily shopping you can go to 1 of the 4 large supermarkets. There is always something to do in and around Bad Bentheim. All information can be found in the information folder. There is a parking space for 2 cars at the house If you have more cars, you can park them for free on the parking lot next to the center building.
