It has a private balcony with the most amazing view over the Atlantik Ocean. The apartment features 3 spacious bedroom, open plan dining and kitchen area, study corner for guest who still need to attend to business with wireless internet service. Atlantik Sicht is situated within walking distance to the best rated restaurants of Swakopmund, The Tug, Gabrieles Pizzeria and Viktorias Restaurant. Guest will have access to the entire apartment, plus a very large private balcony. Nel's Estates is a professional Swakopmund based holiday accommodation agency and our parter for managing the holiday rental of our house. Upon check-in guests will be welcomed and briefed by Nel's Estates about the house and their stay (keys, alarm, do's and don'ts etc.). Guests will be able to contact Nel's Estates throughout their stay should they be in need of any assistance. The neighborhood is the most popular tourist area, guests will be safe on the 2nd floor of the apartment complex Guests can get by foot to town and to restaurants, but for activities like quad biking, sand boarding or other sight seeing activities guests will need a motor vehicle
