Luxury Lodge with large deck area overlooking the famous Birnam Hill

St Mary's Glade 10 (formerly 119 The Glade) is a luxury lodge for up to 4 people situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty on the Erigmore Estate in Birnam. The lodge has two bedrooms, a fully furnished double bedroom with king size bed and a twin bedroom also fully furnished. Both bedrooms have wall mounted televisions. The double bedroom is en suite with a bathroom with a shower over the bath and 2 wash basins. A shower room can be accessed directly from the twin bedroom as well as from the corridor. There are toilets in both the bathroom and shower room. In the large open plan living area there is a fully fitted luxury kitchen with fridge, freezer, combination microwave, double oven and integrated dishwasher. Adjoining the kitchen there is a breakfast bar with 2 "bar" chairs and a generously sized dining table with overhanging pendant light and 4 comfortable chairs. In the lounge area there are 2 sofas, remote controlled electric feature fire, flat screen tv, blu ray dvd and cd player with surround sound. The surround sound also has a docking station and usb socket through which entertainment from smartphones and other devices can be played. Patio doors lead to a decking area with table and chairs which overlooks the surrounding hills and the River Tay. There is a also a barbecue. The lodge has gas central heating and instant hot water from a “combi” boiler. There is a private car parking space just outside the lodge with room for 2 cars. Heating, Electricity, Linen and Towels are all included. Free unlimited wi fi is also available. The Erigmore Estate on which this private lodge is situated is a safe and secure holiday environment in beautiful surroundings. It is easily accessed by road and rail, being just an hours drive from Glasgow and Edinburgh, and with the Dunkeld and Birnam Station in walking distance.
