Queen size bed in 300 plus square foot room Room setup like a studio apartment, private sitting area with HD TV, coffee bar with microwave and small refrigerator so you can bring home leftovers from the many great Maine restaurants! Cozy front porch to enjoy morning coffee and plan out your day! Room is on the second floor. Private bath across hall from room. Air conditioning in room, free wifi with free Netflix, Hulu, HBO Go, Amazon Prime, as well as local Maine channels from Portland. We will be on premises during your stay and available for any questions. Your privacy is important to us, we live primarily on the first floor of the house.
