Great for family and friends gathering, events at nearby colleges, and company retreats. Our house was built in 1794 making it more than 200 years old. The house is preserved and cozy. We have nearly 2 acres of property that consists of yard and woods. We have a basketball/pickleball court. Pickleball is a fun easy game that can be played by 2 or 4 players. We will show you around and then leave for your exclusive use. In case we are away, one of my relatives or friends will show you around or we can always be a phone call away to walk you through a fun stay! Either myself or one of my relatives will assist you when needed. Always a text or phone call away. Our home is a few blocks walk to the train station as well as to Main Street. Great for eating at any of the many delicious restaurants or shopping/browsing the shops and galleries. There are hiking trails along the river starting at the train station or a walk from our end of town to the other will bring you to the foot of Mt. Beacon and awesome trails that lead you to the top. Getting around Metro North's Hudson line stops in Beacon and our home is a short (3 blocks) walk from the station. For those coming by car, we have ample parking in our driveway.
