Newly renovated Summerhouse

Classic summerhouse on the beautiful island Enø, which is a part of the small town of Karrebæksminde on the south-west part of Sealand, Denmark. The summerhouse has 61 m2 with 3 bedrooms, joined kitchen and living room, bathroom, entrance. In the summer 2021, it got a new big wood terrasse where half of it is covered by a roof. The land outside is 700 m2 including a large terrace and a building for materials, garden furniture etc. The house is modern and equipped with: - washing machine - microwave - oven and stove - airconditioning (cooling and heating) - fast speed internet (fiber) - TV with chromecast connecter - Sonos loudspeaker The outside is equipped with: - 2 tables with chairs and pillows - 1 large umbrella and 1 small - Several garden games (petanque, croquette, "vikingespil") - Coal barbecue equipment We will meet you at the summerhouse or inform you where to find the keys at the property.
