My place is good for, solo adventurers, and business travelers, and those who need to visit family and friends in the area. My space accommodates 1 or more please discussed if hosting a family with host prior to any booking, not on the day of arrival. My property is protected by surveillance camera outside the entrance to the Airbnb, this serves as a protection to the owner and security for all Airbnb guest. My space is unique in that its private all around, entrance, sleeping and bathing area. You will have the feel of being in your own hotel room along with space. Please read the entire listing to ensure that you will have a comfortable stay and know what to expect upon arrival. In the basement you will have your own mini-fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee and tea makers. Private bathroom including walk-in shower. You will have access to WiFi. Street parking is readily available at all hours and in close proximity to the house. The entire basement space is for your use. You will be provided your own code to enter and exit through your own private entrance. Each guest is assigned his or her own personalized code for the duration of their stay. I will be available during your stay, just a phone call or text away to assist in anyway. I live in a working class neighbor, that's in a great and safe location. Very close to some of the best shopping malls in New Jersey, in fact there are 5 malls within minutes of each other. Shop till you drop, lol! My neighborhood is centrally located to all public transportation, just a few blocks away from buses and trains that will take you into NYC, 20 min by car and 30 min by bus, which is the recommended way to go!
