Grill, tower heater, fire bowl run on house natural gas -Wifi +100mb speeds, August smart lock, Ring video doorbell. -Brand new kitchen appliances, including a convection oven and INDUCTION range (boil water in 60 secs!) -U by Moen smart SHOWER! Pick your water temp - my favorite is 106* F -Super sharp knives, sharpened weekly -Well-stocked kitchen, with plenty of butter, flour, rice, baking powder/soda, etc -By request: 3 room humidifiers (2 warm ones, 1 cool one), air purifier If laundry is needed, there's washer/dryer on site. Contact host if you need to use it The main floor of the Lucero is very spacious, with an open floorplan connecting living room, dining room, and kitchen and islands. The second floor is a massive area for entertaining - over 1,000 square feet! It's uh... "rustic" (aka 'the ceiling is unfinished') and has a cool raw wood cabin feel. The original Douglas fir flooring has been refinished to a high shine, and is even prettier than the main floor. There's a pull out couch and a fouton surrounding a 55" 4k TV with a beer fridge. Both couches are sleepers. There's also a queen bed, an 8 person table. For temp, there's 2 gas wall heaters to keep warm, and a separately controlled AC for keeping cool. There's 1 driveway parking spot, 1 street spot with guest pass. Enter through my front garden, and up 10 steps to the front door. A motion sensor lights your path. NOTE: The door to the North bedroom (with the bunk beds) opens directly into the kitchen. The bathroom is around the corner, so guests in this room will walk through common areas to get there. There's a basement with a separate entrance where I keep some of my stuff. I may be in the basement during your stay, but you won't see or hear me! COVID: -Linens and towels are disinfected and steamed between stays -Surfaces, touch-points, couches, lamps, handles, and tables are disinfected between stays -Air filters are changed monthly (and by request)
