This house is Very Private. You will cross over the Watauga River on a private bridge and travel almost 1/2 mile on a private gravel road to our property. A 4WD / AWD would possibly be needed during winter months during Snow / ice conditions . We are on over 1 1/2 acre and surrounded with woods. We have three Very large Decks ( over 1,200 sq ft ) Plenty of parking and so much to enjoy on and off the property. Enjoy what the house has inside and out. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets right off your private deck! Must be over 25 years of age to book and must be the responsible one for the rental and be one of the guest staying . This is also be a smoke free house as no smoking allowed in house and decks Great location for all the TOP attractions in the great Blue Ridge mountains. We are close to Appalachian State University, Blowing Rock, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and the various ski slopes and snow tubing locations! Also perfect for a quiet, private getaway to the mountains. Nestled within the quiet valley of Valle Crucis, you get multiple views of the mountains and of the Wautaga River.
