Bright apartment in a quiet suburban location

The apartment is bright and spacious. There are parking spaces on the property. The apartment is very quiet on the outskirts of Schwaan. In the village there are shops and some restaurants. The cities of Rostock and Güstrow are approx. 25 km away and can be reached by public transport. The apartment is designed for two guests. However, up to four people can sleep there. When you arrive, the beds are freshly made and fresh towels in the bathroom and kitchen. The apartment was renovated in 2017. We set great store by light and space. Access to the apartment is via the terrace directly into the kitchen. In the bedroom there is a wardrobe next to a large double bed (180x200). The beds are freshly made on arrival. There are also various storage options for personal items and towels in the bathroom with shower. You can relax comfortably on the sofa in front of the fireplace. Some books and board games are also available in addition to a television with satellite channels. The kitchen is furnished and has e.g. B. over microwave with grill, ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator and tea towels. Garden furniture and a grill on the terrace complete the holiday home. Important: Even if you want your non-paying children to spend the night in a bed with you, please let us know in advance how many children you will be traveling with!
