Master room with full bed and private bathroom. Access to shared kitchen, dinning rom and living room with 60" TV. Close to a major highway I-95, route 1 , and about 6 miles from Occoquan Waterfront and Regional Park & Trail, perfect for biking, walking or hiking. Near by many ethnic restaurants, movie theater, bowling alley, supermakets and much more. Large & sunny private bedroom in a newly renovated townhouse located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Your bedroom comes with comfortable full size bed, a nightstand, and a drawer dresser with plenty of storage and closet. Full and modern bathroom with a tub shower. You are welcome to use any bathroom essentials (shampoo, conditioner and soap). The full bathroom located upstairs will be only yours. So you can place you belongings as you wish. The bathroom on the main level will only be used by me. If you have any questions before booking please contact me, im always available through text. You are more than welcome to come sit and relax in the living room after a long day of sightseeing, work or conference. Watch some hulu TV, Netflix or AmazonPrime. The modern and spacious kitchen can also be used for light cooking. Welcome to use the dining room. Please make sure to clean after yourself. Thank you! You can take a look at the calm and quiet view of the backyard from the deck. There's a half bathroom in the first floor that will only be used by me. The full bathroom upstairs will inly be used by you. I am available to answer any questions you may have and when time permits I am happy to socialize and get to know you. Calm and quiet The hardwood floor has recently been restored and I would ask that you are extra careful when moving around with your luggage.
