Jolly Hall: Only Home on the Beach

THE ONLY HOUSE ON THE BEACH Update 2020: the dock is fully repaired and in working order! Enjoy a nice swim in the clear water and dock your boat! You can find reviews and footage of Jolly Hall Beach on all the main travel sites, as well as YouTube and (website hidden). This is the only residence on the beach. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king-size bed, a full ensuite bathroom with his-and-her sinks, a Jacuzzi tub, shower and bidet, plus access to the upper patio overlooking the ocean. The second bedroom, with a queen-size bed and the third, with two single beds, share a full bathroom with a second Jacuzzi tub. There is cable TV in each of the three bedrooms. The chef's kitchen is state-of-the-art with stainless-steel fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, even a waffle maker, plus a dining table with bar stools. There is a full bathroom with another Jacuzzi tub on this level, as well as a living area with cable TV, DVD and iPod speakers, and access to the lower patio. - Travertine marble floors, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, free WiFi and washer/dryer. Please note that wifi connectivity may not be as robust as what you might find in the US. All linens are supplied. This unique property has several luxury features to make your stay memorable: Sunbathe on the private deck attached to the master bedroom suite. Dine al fresco in the gazebo. Use the private dock to moor your boat. For an additional fee, we'll arrange a private boat tour of the world-renown Exuma Cays. Guest Access Just a few steps from your door will take you to the gazebo with seating for twelve or more guests and a commanding view of Jolly Hall Beach, the bay, and beyond. You can moor your boat at the private dock. There is even an outdoor shower and water tap to rinse off the sand, conveniently located by your personal access point to Jolly Hall Beach. The property is gated for your security, and includes free parking. Interaction with Guests This property has been professionally maintained for the past five years with many happy guests. The caretaker will make sure all your needs are met so you can relax and enjoy. Getting around Exuma Airport is a ten-minute drive. George Town is only minutes away, including the Peace and Plenty Resort, supermarkets, and access to Stocking Island by water taxi.
