Located at the end of a quiet country lane in the picturesque and unspoilt village of Bantham, Sloopside is a contemporary seaside villa with exceptional coastal views and an enviable location. Within easy walking distance is Bantham Beach, widely considered one of the most beautiful in the West Country, and a favourite with surfers and other water sports’ enthusiasts. The excellent village pub, The Sloop Inn, is also just yards from the front door. Making the most of its unique location, the main house offers uninterrupted views across Bigbury Bay to Burgh Island from all its living areas and bedrooms. Guests can take in the fresh air and sea views from the balcony, or lounge in the private, landscaped garden. In the covered outdoor dining area, eating al fresco with stunning sea views can be enjoyed whenever the weather is warm enough. A dedicated parking area to the side of the house provides two parking spaces for main house guests. If required, there is an additional parking space on the hard standing in front of the main house. “This is a fantastic holiday residence. External stairs down to garden. Hallway with cloakroom that connects the main house to the annexe when rented together. Bedroom 4: king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower over bath. Patio door opening onto balcony. Dogs (minimum age 2yrs) are permitted at Sloopside for an additional charge of £40.00 per pet per week. ** Prices published are for 5-10 people.
