Metro stop is only 4 minutes by foot and will take you to city center in 12 minutes. Local restaurant/bar is behind the corner (2 minutes walking). FREE PARKING next to the building. Area is quiet and safe. The biggest open area consists of living room and kitchen area. In the living room there is big and comfy sofa as well as TV set with FREE NETFLIX. Kitchen is new, modern and has all amenities you might need. It provides also spacious dining table. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen for your use. There are two private bedroom in our apartment. In both of them there is one double bed and one portable sofabed for two people. In the bathroom you will find bathtub. Toilet is situated separately from bathroom. Few steps from the apartment you´ll find private garden and terrace where you can relax and enjoy your time. You will have the apartment only for yourself, so you have your absolute privacy. We prepared guide book, where you will find closest grocery store, restaurants, tram stop…information about traditional Czech meals and where to try them…where to go for nice walk and where the main attractions are…This book will stay with you in the apartment. Our apartment is situated in quiet and safe area, outside the city center, yet connected with city center by direct metro. Metro stop is just 4 minutes walking from the flat and will take you to heart of the city center in 12 minutes. In the neighborhood you can find several local restaurants and bars. The nearest one is just 2 minutes walking. Smaller grocery store is 4 minutes by foot, bigger supermarket is 7 minutes walking. The nearest metro stop Ladvi is just 4 minutes by foot. It will take you to city center only in 12 minutes. The closest city bus stop is just next to the apartment. If you arrive by train, you can take direct metro line C to stop Ladvi, it takes about 10 minutes. If you arrive by bus to Florenc station, you can take metro line C as well to Ladvi, it takes about 8 minutes. From the airport, it takes around 55 minutes by public transport and 25 minutes by taxi or Uber. Uber works well in Prague. INTERNET is for free with 50Mb download and 2Mb upload speed. You will have NETFLIX with international channels. For your safety, there is first aid kit and fire extinguisher. We like children, so if you need baby cot, dining chair or toys, it will be there for you. Check-in time is flexible, but please be aware, that if at your check-in day, there is check-out of previous guests, we need time to clean and prepare the apartment for you. Therefore you can check-in anytime after 2pm. Check-out time is till 11am. FREE PARKING spots are situated right next to the building. ARRIVAL FORM FOR YOUR COMFORTABLE STAY Dear guests, after you reserve your stay at our apartment, we will send you via email, before arrival, online arrival form, to make your arrival into apartment and your stay much more comfortable.  Our main goal is to give you the best experience of your stay without any organizational problems. Please provide us clear information of your personal data and estimate arrival time. Please answer all information in the online arrival form required by law about you and your group because every host, hotel or accommodation in Czech Republic is obligated to collect these data for government. Thank you so much for helping us to be an honest host. This data will only be used for the purpose of implementing your rights and will be stored for the necessary time for proving that we have fulfilled our obligations (i.e. for the period that the Office for Personal Data Protection can investigate the fullfilment of the given obligation).
