We offer for rent 2 rooms for 3 people, in a family house in a quiet alley. The house has two floors and it is used as accommodation for tourists. Each room has separate beds of high quality and new furniture. There is a shared kitchen to be used for cooking and two shared bathrooms. Guests can use a washing machine, a hairdryer, wi-fi and TV for free. Parking is available on a fenced property. Močenok is located near Nitra, Šala, Galanta, Sereď and the R1 motorway. The price is for 2 rooms per night. In the rooms, there are 3 beds - Apartman 1 ground floor. If there are more guests, they can order two more rooms with 4 beds - Apartment 2nd floor. The price includes cleaning, linen change, wi-fi, all energy charges and fees. On the ground floor, there is Apartman 1 - two connected rooms, the first of which is through. A shared kitchen, a hallway and a bathroom with a toilet. There is also a washing machine and a dryer in this bathroom. Upstairs, there is Apartman 2 - two connected rooms and the first one is also through. On that floor, there is another bathroom with a toilet. Common areas are the kitchen, hallway and two bathrooms with toilet. I can assist my guests every day during their stay. I live a few streets away so I can come in a few minutes. I speak fluent German, Polish and Hungarian, so we can arrange things before arrival. It is necessary to call at least half an hour before arrival!!! The house is in a quiet, dead end street, so there is peace, silence and no traffic noise. There are new cycling routes and tourist opportunities in the neighbourhood. Nearby, there is the water reservoir Kráľova and many interesting sights. The municipality of Močenok offers very interesting cultural and social events. There is good access to the cities of Šala, Nitra, Sereď, Galanta, Trnava. We are often visited by foreign tourists mainly because of the thermal pools Podhájska and Poľný Kesov - Nitrava. You can park directly in the fenced premises with an automatic gate, or in front of the house. In the premises, there is a place for three cars and in front of the house, there is a place also for a truck. There is a 15-minute walking distance to the public transport stop in the municipality centre. There are shops, restaurants, pizzerias, wine shops, a café and a local market. The house is connected to an addition to the house, where homeowners live. The premises are separated by a fence, but it is necessary to respect privacy of the homeowners. There is a common driveway.
