Connected to Downtown's skywalk, travel is easy to local restaurants and the Downtown mall. All of our units are beautifully and generously appointed allowing you to enjoy the luxuries of high rise living and making you feel like you’re already at home. Guest Access: Guest has access to the entire apartment which includes the unit, 2nd floor community lounge, gym, skywalk and dining located on the 1st floor and basement levels. The Neighborhood: Located in the heart of Downtown Spokane with food and a restaurant in the same building! The Roxy is connect to all kids of places with the skywalk and walking distance to River Front Park. Getting Around: Walk, Uber, Lyft or bus anywhere! In the summer you can take Lime scooters and bikes anywhere you want to. Other Things to Note: Parking is not included with this unit. There is street metered parking surrounding the building, a parking structure called Parkade Plaza located on Howard St. and Main Ave. (which is connected to The Roxy by a skywalk), and Diamond Parking lots that offer public parking within walking distance.
